#NaPoWriMo : petals fall

Countless pink and white Sakura petals fall
To the icy spring rain
Golden daffodils bow to the grey sky’s thunderous call
Countless pink and white Sakura petals fall
Revealing green buds-ever so small
Matching the Dogwoods’ flowering wane
Countless pink and white Sakura petals fall
To the icy spring rain

Beautiful poem. It reminds me of my time in Japan with the pink sakura blossoms.
Lovely images. Reminds me of walking to work and along the neighborhood streets.
    Thank you for sharing.

    • Thank you. My neighbors have some variety of cherry blossoms that have been providing some inspiration. Would love to visit them in Japan.
